Alder Dining is a hospitality project focused on creating a balanced and immersive dining experience through material warmth, spatial clarity, and carefully layered lighting.
The design explores how atmosphere and functionality can work together to support both guest comfort and operational efficiency.
Natural materials, soft contrasts, and controlled lighting define the space, resulting in an environment that feels both refined and approachable.
Main Dinning Area
The main dining area is organized to create a clear and intuitive layout, allowing for smooth circulation while maintaining a sense of intimacy. Warm wood tones and soft textiles contribute to a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Bar Area
The bar serves as a central visual and functional element within the space. Layered shelving, integrated lighting, and material contrast create depth while supporting efficient service and guest interaction.
Banquette Seating
Banquette seating zones introduce a more intimate dining experience, combining upholstered surfaces, warm lighting, and controlled spacing to enhance comfort and acoustic quality.
Dinning Detail
Attention to detail is expressed through lighting fixtures, material transitions, and furniture selection, reinforcing a cohesive identity across the entire space.
Spatial Experience
The design focuses on creating a sequence of spaces that transition smoothly between openness and intimacy. The layout supports both individual dining moments and larger social interactions, ensuring flexibility throughout the day.
Material & Atmosphere
A palette of natural wood, warm neutrals, and soft upholstery defines the project. Subtle contrasts between textures and finishes create depth while maintaining a calm and consistent visual language.
Lighting Strategy
