Sage Residence explores a softer interpretation of mid-century modern design, where natural tones and materials create a calm and cohesive living environment.
The project is centered around a muted green palette, paired with warm wood finishes and light neutrals, resulting in spaces that feel both fresh and grounded.
Each room is designed to balance functionality with visual clarity, allowing materials and proportions to define the overall atmosphere.
Material & Color
The project is defined by a consistent palette of sage green, warm wood tones, brass accents, and soft neutral surfaces. This combination creates a unified identity across all spaces while allowing each room to maintain its own character.
Bedroom
The bedroom sets the tone for the entire project through a soft green accent wall and a restrained material palette. Natural wood furniture, layered textiles, and warm lighting create a space that feels calm, balanced, and inviting.
Bathroom
The bathroom introduces a more defined material contrast, where green tiles and brass fixtures create a subtle focal point. Light surfaces and natural textures maintain brightness, while the overall composition remains clean and functional.
Kitchen
